Introduction
A business insider fraud investigation was triggered after suspicious transactions totalling over £3 million were flagged across multiple accounts. The prime suspect, a former executive, had wiped their devices before surrender. Fortunately, a backup phone and work-issued tablet were seized, containing roughly 700,000 photos, screenshots and videos.
With a court deadline fast approaching and legal pressure mounting, investigators were tasked with reviewing all media to find account details, screenshots of crypto wallets, forged invoices, or communications indicating criminal intent. The initial plan involved splitting the work between several analysts over weeks, a time and cost the team simply didn’t have.

By the next morning, we had assembled a disclosure-ready evidence pack using reporting and bookmarking tools. During the suspect interview, we presented selected clips and received a confession before the session ended.
Within 48 hours, over £1.4 million in assets were frozen. We linked the suspect directly to seven shell companies, built a full evidence pack in three days and secured a guilty plea within five.
