Introduction
When tyres are slashed multiple times over several weekends, but the footage shows almost no obvious change, justice can feel out of reach.
Criminal damage might not always make headlines, but for the victims, it’s real, repeated and personal. In this case, it was a car targeted while parked outside a home. Damage discovered only after the fact. No known time. No leads.
Until the investigator loaded the case into S21 CCTV.
